Riverbend Music Center
What a great way to spend part of your Independence Day weekend - an unbelievable night of music at Riverbend Music Center! The Cincinnati Pops will be performing an impressive evening of music at 8:00 p.m. with our Music Director, John Morris Russell, at the helm.
Legendary Broadway star Mandy Gonzalez will join the evening’s events as she performs songs from hit productions such as Hamilton, In the Heights and Wicked. She has garnered an OBIE Award and a Drama Desk Award for her work as a performer. And for one night only, the distinguished members of the United States Army will join the evening’s events for a special Patriotic salute.
Arrive on the Riverbend lawn by 6:30pm to take part in our pre-concert festivities which will include a FREE Salsa lesson on the lawn and also gain access to the FREE Family Fun Zone with food, activities and more! The Salsa lesson as well as the Family Fun Zone are set against the backdrop of the Ohio River and breathtaking views.

Red, White & Boom Returns to Riverbend on Saturday, July 4th, 2026! Show your American pride at the largest 4th of July celebrations in the country at Riverbend Music Center! The doors open at 6:30 PM and the concert will start at 8:00 PM.
Thousands of keen Red, White & Boom fans will join us in celebrating our nation’s independence with the Cincinnati Pops Orchestra led by Conductor John Morris Russell. He will be joined on stage by Broadway Star Mandy Gonzalez and members of the United States Army in concert celebrating the 250th anniversary of the U.S. Declaration of Independence.
The Cincinnati Pops is one of the nation’s most renowned Pops’ orchestras and will be performing the very best of Patriotic music as well as some of the most powerful and evocative orchestral pieces that make up the American musical heritage. At the helm of the Pops will be the highly regarded Conductor John Morris Russell who brings his decades of expertise to the outdoor setting of Red, White & Boom.
Broadway sensation Mandy Gonzalez will join the Pops on this 4th of July to perform a variety of songs. As the star of the hit musicals Hamilton, In the Heights and Wicked as well as the upcoming release of Fearless in which she will sing many of the songs as well as other show tunes, Mandy has received an OBIE Award and a Drama Desk Award for her performance as Vanessa in the Broadway production of In the Heights, in addition to songs from her recent album FEARLESS.
Gonzalez was awarded an OBIE Award and a Drama Desk Award for her portrayal of Vanessa in the Broadway production of Lin-Manuel Miranda’s In the Heights. Most recently, her portrayal of Elphaba in Wicked on Broadway earned her a Theatre World Award as well as an Outer Critics Circle Award for Outstanding Broadway Debut for a Female.
An outdoor amphitheater located on the Ohio River at 6295 Kellogg Avenue, Cincinnati, Ohio 45230. The Music Center holds up to 20,000 for concerts. A covered Pavilion with reserved seating and a huge lawn for General Admission.
They have plenty of food and beverage for sale throughout the venue. Most importantly there will be lots of American Beer and Wine as well as other specialty drinks. As well as typical concession stands like Hot Dogs, Hamburgers, Snow Cones and more.

Parking for Red, White & Boom will be free and will be on a first-come, first-served basis at the lots for Coney Island and Belterra Park. The lots will be available for parking two hours prior to the time that the doors open. There will also be designated Rideshare lanes for pick up at Riverbend Music Center.
